All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Due to the nature of our products especially custom and made to order items each piece is created specifically for you. Because of this, we cannot accept cancellations, refunds, or changes after your order is confirmed.

Please double-check all order details (including sizing, names, addresses, and design choices) before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors provided by the customer.

If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will review the situation to find a solution.

PLEASE double check that all shipping address information is correct before completing your purchase. This includes your name,street address, aprt/unit number, city, state and zip code.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete address provide at checkout. If a package is returned due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the order.
